Course Description
This is an introduction to American government. It is a transferrable course that exposes students to the major political institutions of the United States, its historical political development, and theories. The Congress, the Presidency, the Judicial system are a part of that process. But all complimentary institutions are also incorporated, i.e., the role of the media, interests groups, and political culture.
